1. Company Documents

We begin by collecting your official company documents to initiate the process and ensure compliance. Submit all required legal documents to your assigned account manager, including Commercial Registration, Tax ID, and any other applicable paperwork.

2. Client Brief

You share your brand goals, product details, target market, and specific requirements.

3. Contract Signing

We align on scope, terms, and timelines—The legal department reviews the submitted documents from your account manager. The contract phase typically takes 7 to 10 working days to finalize.

4. Sampling

Our R&D team develops product samples based on your brief. Sample development typically takes around 14 working days.

5. Sample Approval

You review and approve samples. Final formulations are locked once confirmed with your assigned account manager.

6. Order Request

You confirm the products, quantities, and packaging preferences with your account manager.

7. Graphic Design & Marketing (If Applicable)

If requested, our in-house creative team supports with product design, branding, packaging visuals, and marketing content tailored to your brand.

8. Quotation & Down Payment

We send a detailed quotation. Production begins upon confirmation and receipt of the down payment.

9. Packaging

Select from our in-house packaging options, custom imports, or provide your own. All product packaging and artwork/design files must be delivered to our warehouses before the start of manufacturing.

10. Production

We manufacture, fill, and assemble under strict quality control. Production of goods takes from 30-45 working days.

11. Full Payment

Final payment is completed before dispatch.

12. Delivery

We handle shipping and logistics to ensure your products arrive safely—locally or globally.
